Wooseok Song serves the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits as the human resources manager. In his role, Wooseok not only provides MCN’s general human resources management, but also supports MCN’s equity and inclusion work and monthly HR networking lunches. He also serves as part of the team for BenefitsMN, an Association Health Plan that combines the insurance purchasing power of nonprofits across Minnesota.
Originally from South Korea, Wooseok has worked for diverse HR functions for over 10 years in the US and South Korea for nonprofits as well as for-profits. Wooseok has an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management and mid-career Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
