Team Registration
Small Team Rate: Send more people and get more out of the conference. Register three people from the same organization and your fourth registration is free! Visit our Events and Registration FAQ page for instructions on how to complete online group registrations. Please email our help desk with any questions or issues during registration. (April 12 – July 26)
Large Team Rate: Do you have more than four people from your organization to send to the conference? Register a group of ten people from the same organization at the following rates: $750 for MCN members / $1,250 for nonmembers. For groups of ten or more, please register via the PDF Large Group Registration Form. (April 12 – July 26)
Scholarships
MCN strives to ensure this conference is accessible to all nonprofits, regardless of size or ability to pay, as well as individuals not associated with one specific organization. To this end, MCN can provide significant partial scholarships for:
(1) Employees of organizations with budgets under $1,000,000 that meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Greater Minnesota organizations from outside the seven-county Twin Cities area;
- Immigrant and refugee organizations (led by immigrants/refugees or serving over 50% of clients who are immigrants or refugees); or
- culturally specific organizations serving communities of color, and BIPOC-led (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and serving organizations
(2) Individuals who meet one of the following criteria:
- Full-time students
- Jobseekers
- Full-time volunteers (i.e., AmeriCorps, VISTA, Public Allies)
All scholarship applications must be received by 8 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status by Monday, July 19 and will not hear from MCN before that point. If you are applying for a scholarship, please save the date and plan to attend the conference.
Please do not register until you receive your scholarship offer during the week of July 12. All eligible scholarship applicants will receive an offer of registration at/or below the normal rate that you would have received if you were to register normally today.

Registration Policies
Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN’s help desk. Cancellations received by July 13 will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds are available after July 13. Accommodation Requests
MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals. Conference sessions will have AI captions via Zoom’s transcription function. Please note that these captions are automatically generated by the computer software and may not always accurately transcribe what is said. If you need professional captioning, or have another accessibility accommodation, please submit your request via email to MCN’s program assistant by July 12. Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after July 12 may not be fulfilled.
