National Affiliations

The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is a member of the several national organizations dedicated to enhancing the nonprofit sector. Through these affiliations, MCN is able to bring the knowledge and resources of these national groups to nonprofits in Minnesota. Our involvement also brings the voice of Minnesota's nonprofits to the national level.

Employer of National Service

MCN is an employer of National Service, connecting AmeriCorps and Peace Corps alumni with leading employers from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to create recruitment, hiring, and advancement opportunities. Through this initiative, employers such as MCN have have increased access to a dedicated, highly-qualified, and mission-oriented pool of potential employees. This effort is co-convened by the Corporation for National and Community Service, Peace Corps, AmeriCorps Alums, and the Franklin Project.
