Cancellations received by April 16 will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee.

No refunds are available after April 16. Please see MCN’s full Registration Policies for more details.

Pay What You Can (PWYC) Policy

We encourage you to pay the registration rate that is meaningful to and possible for you and/or your organization. While earned revenue from our events is a significant portion of our operating budget, supporting the policy and advocacy work we do on behalf of nonprofits, we aim to keep our fees accessible, often below market rate, and offer further reduced entry points for those who need them to participate in professional development.

If your participation is dependent on a PWYC rate, please register online with the promo code that corresponds with your accessible price point below (or submit the PDF Registration Form by April 16).

You will not be asked to complete an application to prove need. PWYC rates are the scholarship model for this year’s Conference.

Pay What You Can Rates (available through April 16):

$159 (Code: PWYC159)

$129 (Code: PWYC129)

Scholarships

MCN strives to ensure our conferences are accessible to all nonprofits, regardless of size or ability to pay. We encourage you to pay the rate that is meaningful and possible for you using our Pay What You Can rates (PWYC).

PWYC is the scholarship option for the conference. See above for information to register. You will not be asked to complete an application to prove need.

Breakout Room Seating Policy

Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, registration does not guarantee a seat in a specific individual breakout session.

Sessions are assigned rooms in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.

Please note that session slides and handouts are made available following the conference in the Download Center so you are still able to access materials from missed sessions.

Traveling to the Conference

The conference will take place at the McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota campus,  200 Oak Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455.

Please arrive early to ensure you have plenty of time to park and check-in before sessions begin.

Venue directions and parking information.

For public transit to the conference, including the Light Rail and the closely located East Bank Station, please visit the Metro Transit website for details.
