As a certified Executive, Life & Wellbeing Coach & Retreat Facilitator, I work with women from early stage leadership to retirement on key issues including growth and pain points along the career path, career/ life dance including values alignment, navigating professional/caregiver demands, healthy boundary-setting, addressing “stuck mode” and how to move forward with a greater sense of self, strength and strategies to embrace life/work in a healthier and happier place. Services include 1:1 coaching, workshops and Women’s Wellbeing Retreats.
My work is about partnering with women like you who are hungry for change in your life, a bit stuck, but have the desire to invest in yourself, explore what you need and want that will align with your values, passions and sense purpose.
