Pele Le is a second-generation Việt American who serves as the program manager for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. In this role, he leads and supports the system design for all professional development programs and events, through planning, content curation, data reporting and evaluation, and execution.
Pele has over a decade of experience building communities across local, state, and national community-based organizations, applying his bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and public health with secondary studies in psychology, leadership, Asian American history.
Pele’s rooted values of community, liberation, and democracy has led him to organize and advocate for Asian American Pacific Islanders to civically engage, disaggregated data for Southeast Asians, and Community Schools in K-12 education across the U.S.
Outside of work, Pele aspires to be the best partner, friend, and parent he can be. To stay active and adventurous, he runs ultramarathons, cycles, and Nordic skis.
