Shonni Krengel

Shonni serves as the Research Manager for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN). In this role, she is responsible for conducting research and analysis on critical sector issues, developing and disseminating information to nonprofit organizations, policymakers, and the public, and advocating on issues of importance to the nonprofit sector and the people it serves.

Shonni has a special place in her heart for nonprofit work. She completed an AmeriCorps VISTA term at the African Development Cetner where she assisted small businesses navigate emergency COVID-19 grants and loans. She also serves on the Board of Keane Sense of Rhythm, a local nonprofit dedicated to growing the tap-dancing community.

In her free time, Shonni loves to crochet, take dance classes, and explore new restaurants with friends!
