Join A17 Consulting to learn practical approaches for nonprofits of any size to put their strategic plan into action, with consideration of the increased uncertainty many organizations are facing. Topics will include recognizing what is currently actionable, prioritizing strategies, implementation planning, action planning, and determining when it’s time to change course. Leave with tools, templates, and a better understanding of how to make progress on your strategic objectives despite the uncertainty.

Speaker Information

Erin Lewis has 11 years of experience in the public sector in a variety of roles focused on internal consulting. She is a change leader who has overseen initiatives impacting justice, health, human services, and operations systems. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, project management, organizational development, facilitation, and community engagement. She collaborates with leaders to set direction and strategy for initiatives, then leads cross-functional workgroups and staff at all levels to translate visionary thinking into actual progress. Erin holds a Master of Public Administration and is a certified Human Systems Dynamics Practitioner, focused on navigating complexity and uncertainty in organizations.

Catherine “CJ” Johnson has nearly 30 years of experience in the public sector, including more than a decade of executive leadership roles in criminal justice organizations. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership development, training, policy analysis, and operational effectiveness. She has worked with a range of nonprofit and government organizations to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. She is an asset to any organization seeking to enhance the skills of their leaders, develop and implement strategic change, and navigate the evolving landscape of public sector and nonprofit work. CJ holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and is also an accomplished educator with 7 years of experience teaching at the college level.
