Many of us dread and avoid difficult conversations because they’re uncomfortable and unpredictable. We are often unsure of the impact on the relationship and if the situation will resolve or become worse.

In this interactive session, you’ll learn the basic neuroscience of conversations, and strategies to equip yourself to transform a potentially difficult conversation into an open dialogue and opportunity for understanding and growth.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn strategies to become equipped and increase comfort level to have difficult conversations
  • Apply learnings to your specific conversation

She trains and facilitates peer-coaching groups with a focus on coaching skills, transformational communication, and conversational intelligence. Debbie has 25-years’ experience as a leader and facilitator including 14 years as an executive director in a nonprofit organization. She is certified in Conversational Intelligence, Peer-Coaching Group Facilitation, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
