Company Description
Noble Governance helps social impact organizations achieve strategic goals, missions, and visions by providing a unique blend of services that help them operate more efficiently and productively with a keen eye on financial feasibility and sustainability.
Noble Governance was founded by Ann Johnson and fills a need many social impact organizations have – for a highly experienced and educated business partner to help develop systems, skills, and mindsets that tie visions, strategy, operations, and financials together into a cohesive whole. Ann is a consilient thinker, decision-maker, cross-functional leader and implementer. Her work is at once creative and standardized, which allows organizations to thrive uniquely and sustainably. Ann has fifteen years of experience serving the common good through operational and leadership roles in both nonprofit and for-profit companies, and she is currently working on her Executive MBA to help her clients achieve greater impact. She has worked and led in organizations working on global public health equity, fair labor, environmental sustainability, underserved youth, food scarcity, veteran support, impact investing, and DEI initiatives.
