I believe that change and disruption can be transformational for individuals and organizations if we can stay connected to our own and each other’s inherent worth and dignity. I offer facilitation, strategic planning, visioning, and conflict support to assist groups through change, conflict, and transition.

I am a Certified Integral Facilitator®, a conflict coach, and a Minnesota Rule 114 qualified civil and family mediator with a background in non-violent communication. A mentor instilled in me the value of deep listening in relationships and partnerships. We’re more willing to experiment and stretch when we feel respected and seen.
