The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) is accepting inquiries of interest from nonprofits for potential rental of up to two private offices and three cubicles at our St. Paul location (2314 University Ave W, Ste 20, Saint Paul, MN 55114), in addition to our larger training space (separate rental process outlined here).
Eligibility and more information:
- Must be a current MCN nonprofit member (and maintain membership)
- Must be a 501(c)(3) organization or fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3)
- Organization must have sound financials and be in good standing with the IRS, Secretary of State, and Attorney’s General’s Office (as applicable)
- Organization must carry appropriate insurance (property, general liability)
- Organization must align with MCN’s values and vision/mission and respect common sense community agreements regarding use of space
- MCN prefers an organization who is interested in licensing two private offices and three cubicles for at least a year
Anticipating high demand, the first 20 applicants will be reviewed by MCN’s workplace operations committee, and we aim to follow up with interested parties within two weeks on next steps.
Anticipated monthly costs in 2025: $850 per private office; $400 per cubicle.
Deadline: 12/2/24 or after 20 applications have been received.
