The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) is pleased to partner with Office Depot Business Solutions, a full service retailer for office supplies, print and document services, cleaning and breakroom products, technology, and office furniture.
As a member of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, your organization can take full advantage of negotiated pricing when you sign up for free online ordering and/or in-store purchasing.
Online Discounts
MCN members can make purchases online at business.officedepot.com and receive free next-day delivery with no minimum purchase. The Office Depot website displays your discounted price, lets users save shopping lists, store billing information, and use multiple shipping locations. You can also upload documents right to the website and have them printed and delivered to you (ex: brochures, business cards, posters, etc.).

In-Store Discounts
In 2022, Office Depot Business Solutions replaced the former Store Purchasing Card Program with a new Store Discount Program. If you currently have a Store Purchasing Card (SPC), your card will be switched over to the new Store Discount Program starting May 1, 2022. The new in-store discount program will be accessible through a downloadable QR code on your mobile device (see steps for accessing in-store discounts below).
What’s new?
- The program will now offer a standard discount on certain product categories when you identify yourself as a program member, however the SPC will no longer provide access to your discounted contract pricing
- You can continue to use your current SPC temporarily, but we encourage you to register online for the Store Discount Program and download our mobile app to access the discount at check-out in an Office Depot® or OfficeMax® store
- Please note: Account Billing will no longer be available with the Store Discount Program.

– Orders can be delivered to your home or business address, or you can place orders online for pick up at your favorite Office Depot® and OfficeMax® retail store locations
- Ordering online gives you more visibility, accountability, and control over what your organization orders — all at your contracted price
*In-store discounts may not match online discounts (see ODP In-Store Discount Program List). Office Depot recommends checking online pricing prior to purchasing in-store, as the online discount may surpass in-store. Members can order online and arrange for in-store pick up, if needed.
