Company Description
MACC is a collaborative of human service nonprofits in the Twin Cities metro area. For over 20 years, MACC’s work has centered upon collaboration to strengthen our network of human service nonprofits. We provide core mission support, facilitate inter-organizational collaboration, and forge an alliance that empowers members to focus on their missions and create positive impact. Our alliance comprises nearly 60 member organizations that employ more than 3,800 staff members and serve about 300,000+ members of our communities. By working together, MACC members are building new financial strategies, strategic partnerships, and capacity for innovation.
Our members created MACC as an intermediary organization to provide core administrative support services to our members- things like Finance, HR, IT, Behavioral Health Billing, and Data Systems. Together, our members work together to grow, learn, share resources, get scale in the marketplace, and adapt to what’s next in community-based human services work.
Human services play a critical role in building community well-being and with MACC’s eye towards the future of a healthy human services ecosystem, we’re really working to ensure our member organizations are more than sustainable, but also adaptable, responsive, innovative, and able to help communities meet their full potential.
Services Provided
As a collaborative, MACC operates a shared platform of core mission support services. These services are available to members only.
Members can subscribe a la carte to Behavioral Health Billing services, Data services to support case management workflow, program data tracking, and evaluation, Finance and accounting services, Human Resource services (including payroll and benefits administration), and Information Technology services.
Fee Structure
