In the last five years, our world has changed. We have changed. We march on, continuing to operate our organizations in a world that looks very different from four years ago and continues to evolve as the months march on. Some of our organizations are thriving, some of us are barely surviving, most of us are somewhere in between.

As nonprofit leaders, we are continually expected to operate at new levels and in new ways with increasingly limited resources. How do we stay grounded ourselves and how do we keep our organizations grounded in our missions when the world is constantly changing? How do we stay focused on mission and everything else when the world is spinning around us?

Hosted in beautiful Walker, MN on September 19, the Greater Minnesota Nonprofit Summit this year will focus on Grounding Ourselves in a Changing World. Join us as we connect, learn together, share information, and enjoy the beauty that Greater Minnesota’s lakes region has to offer.

We hope you can join us!

Finding Stability: Strategies for Adapting to a Changing World

As nonprofit leaders, we are faced with remarkable challenges, along with experiencing amazing successes, and it all comes in the face of perpetual change. In our ever-changing world, it is vital for nonprofit leaders to find stability amid uncertainty, frustrations, and turbulent times.

Ebony Warren, author, speaker, and nonprofit executive director will help us find the stability we need in light of things that have changed, in the midst of what is changing, and while preparing for the things that need to change in our organizations and our own lives. During this keynote, you will learn about four strategies to help you and your organization find stability and adapt to change.

  • Explore practical ways to regain time to create space for strategic thinking, personal wellbeing, and adaptability.
  • Discuss the importance of reigniting your personal and organizational mission to experience forward movement.
  • Uncover how to realign priorities to focus on the things most important to you and your organization.
  • Discover innovative approaches to reimagining the way you live and work to maximize in this changing world.
