Join us for a highly interactive 3-part series where we will collectively look at how to break the cycle of white supremacy and take practical action towards equity. Throughout our three weeks together we will dig deep into how white supremacy shows up in us and affects our work. In between sessions, you will put into practice what you learn, connecting consistent action with your work and workplace. This workshop is designed for everyone—White, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color identifying folks—to join.
In this series you will experience the following, and more:
- Identify what white supremacy culture is and how it shows up personally and professionally
- Reframe harmful narrative around equity
- Learn about habit change and why it is important in this work
- Understand your power and influence in a system
- Cultivate practical, not philosophical Action
- Build community with other nonprofit leaders
- Get energized to reduce burnout and fatigue on your equity journey
This is a 7.5-hour virtual training spread over three 2.5-hour sessions:
- September 3, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Central
- September 10, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Central
- September 17, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Central
Participants must register for the entire series, as the curriculum and trust building that will take place within the cohort are designed as a progression. If you are unable to attend a session live, you will have access to the recording for that session for up to 3 weeks following the completion of the series.

This event is a series with three dates: September 3, 10, & 17, 2025. Registration price includes all three 2.5-hour sessions.
This virtual event will take place on the Zoom platform.
Your access link will be emailed to you the day before the event after 12 p.m., and will also be provided in your confirmation email.
This session will be recorded. The recording will be made available to registrants after the live event.

He currently serves as Co-Chair on the Board of Directors at Social Enterprise Alliance MSP, which supports the purpose driven economy. Donte lives a life that is dedicated to leadership, social justice and liberation and is probably one of the most energetic people you will ever meet. Donte resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota with his wife, Rachel, his 1.5 year old son, Malachi and two dogs, King and Moose.
