Join us for a highly interactive 3-hour workshop designed to help participants break the cycle of white supremacy culture such as sense of urgency, individualism, and worship of the written word through intentional habit change and practical action. Together, we will explore how White Supremacy culture shows up in our behaviors, decisions, and workplaces and what we can do differently, starting today. This space welcomes everyone to learn, reflect, and take meaningful action on their own journey towards justice and liberation.
In this workshop, participants will learn:
- How to identity and interrupt white supremacy patterns
- How White Supremacy culture is harming our workplaces and all the people in them
- The science of habit change and how to build new habits of liberation specific to you

He currently serves as Co-Chair on the Board of Directors at Social Enterprise Alliance MSP, which supports the purpose driven economy. Donte lives a life that is dedicated to leadership, social justice and liberation and is probably one of the most energetic people you will ever meet. Donte resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota with his wife, Rachel, his 1.5 year old son, Malachi and two dogs, King and Moose.
