The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is excited to partner with Transformative Leadership Strategies (TLS) on this training.

Workplace teams are now composed of four generations of people who all work in different ways. In this session, participants will review the attitudes, behaviors and skills that each generation exhibits. Participants will also discuss generational stereotypes that exist. Additionally, they will identify key characteristics of how they tend to work best. Finally, skills for effectively communicating and working across generations will be explored.

TLS Approach

  • Provide opportunity for all participants to self-reflect, understanding how they may individually approach generational differences
  • Deepen understanding of similarities and differences within members of nonprofit organizations, focusing on how these differences may promote positive outcomes
  • Create a safe, highly engaging environment that allows open conversation and meaningful learning
