We encourage you to pay the registration rate that is meaningful to and possible for you and/or your organization. If your participation is dependent on a PWYC rate, please register with the promo code that corresponds with your accessible price point below through February 21, 2025. See below for the full PWYC policy.

You still may register after the conference begins. As a virtual conference, registrants receive access to session recordings and materials.

Register three people from the same organization at once and the fourth registration is free!

To register online, one person logins into their MCN account and adds colleagues to your group, or register using our PDF Registration Form.

For more instructions on how to complete an online group registration, visit our Events and Registration FAQ page (choose “How do I register multiple people?” from the FAQ options).

Offer valid only with full-rate registrations. PWYC rates not eligible. Please email our help desk with any questions or issues during registration. The Small Team Registration deadline is February 18, 2025.

Do you have more than four people from your organization to send to the conference?

Register a group of up to ten people from the same organization at the following discounted rates using our PDF Registration Form:

  • MCN Member Organization: $1,560
  • Nonmember Organization: $3,195

MCN and Propel Nonprofits strive to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals.

If you have accommodation requests, such as sign language interpreters or other accessibility requirements, please submit your request during the online registration process or via email at events@minnesotanonprofits.org.

Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, requests submitted after February 11 may not be fulfilled.

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may send a substitute to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN.

Cancellations received by February 18, 2025 will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee.

No refunds are available after February 18, 2025. Please see our full Registration Policies for more information.

We encourage you to pay the registration rate that is meaningful and possible for you and/or your organization. While earned revenue from our events is a significant portion of MCN’s operating budget, supporting the policy and advocacy work we do on behalf of nonprofits, we aim to keep our fees accessible, often below market rate, and offer further reduced entry points for those who need them to participate in professional development.

If your participation is dependent on a PWYC rate, please register with the promo code that corresponds with your accessible price point below by February 21, 2025.

PWYC Rates (by February 25):

  • $39 (Code: PWYC39)
  • $69 (Code: PWYC69)
  • $99 (Code: PWYC99)

You will not be asked to complete an application to prove need. PWYC rates are the scholarship model for this year’s conference. The rates are for individuals and do not apply to small- and large-group registrations.

PWYC rates are available through January 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

As the conference will be hosted in a virtual format, attendees will be able to choose from multiple session offerings during each breakout period.

Most sessions will be recorded and attendees will have access after the conference for continued reference.

The Nonprofit Finance & Sustainability Conference is a perfect place to connect with hundreds of engaged nonprofit leaders.

If you have products or services to share with nonprofit finance, human resource, executives, and board members, email John Wurm, MCN organizational development & engagement director, about Exhibitor and Sponsor information.
