Arlene has been facilitating HR Mastery groups for 16 years, where HR peers meet monthly to serve as resources for each other, sharing their expertise, learning from each other, assisting each other with HR-related concerns and concepts, and supporting each other in a positive, fun and purposeful manner. HR Mastery participants also receive complementary advisory services during each one-year term of membership.
