Submission deadline: November 5, 2026
Conference focus: The technical skills, strategic thinking, and processes that keep nonprofits financially compliant, secure, solvent, and equitable.
Sessions we’re looking for:
- Communicating finances to staff and board.
- How current fluctuations are impacting business models.
- Equity in financial decision-making.
- Financial leadership.
- Defining financial health.
Submission deadline: November 19, 2026.
Conference focus: Strategic and equitable approaches to leading people, organizations, and movements from any position and point of view within nonprofits.
Sessions we’re looking for:
- Leadership pathways and coaching strategies.
- Building and navigating systems of power.
- Executive transitions and scenario planning.
- Board engagement.
- Impact evaluation.
Submission deadline: February 18, 2027.
Conference focus: Sustainable approaches to revenue generation by building fundraising skills, strengthening donor relationships, and exploring emerging practices.

- Growing and nurturing individual giving programs.
- Scenario planning.
- Fundraiser retention.
- Equitable grantmaking.
- Mission storytelling.
