Together with 900 nonprofit peers, we’ll tackle questions big and small and celebrate the amazing work being done throughout the state by organizations just like yours.
2025 Theme: Perennial – Here, Rooted, and Unwavering
Someone or something that is perennial persists, endures, and is constant. In 2025, nonprofits are proving to be just that – perennially grounded in their commitment to civic engagement and doing brave things to remain present and effective for their communities and each other.

Conference Learning Objectives
As we gather for this year’s Annual Conference, we acknowledge the unpredictable and hard conditions we – our work and our people – are met with and root deeply to fuel our collective power as an adaptive and constant community.
This year we will share resources to stay resilient, laugh and connect, celebrate and fortify our humanity, and review where we are to better understand the impact of actions taken and strategize about where to persist today and tomorrow as a sector.
Conference learnings include expert-driven workshops on topics ranging from fundraising and financial management to human resources to equity and justice. By the end of the event, you will shift the way you think about your role in the sector, build new relationships, and acquire timely tools and skills.
There’s something for your entire team, and you’ll leave St. Paul with tools, knowledge, and connections to advance your work (and your organization’s mission)!
