Annual Conference – Register

Register three people from the same organization at once and the fourth registration is free! To register online, one person logins into their MCN account and adds colleagues to your group, or register using our PDF Registration Form.

Offer valid only with full-rate registrations. PWYC rates not eligible. Please email our help desk with any questions or issues during registration.

The Small Team registration deadline is October 1, 2025.

Do you have more than four people from your organization interested in attending the conference? Register a group of up to ten people from the same organization at the following rates using our PDF Registration Form.

• MCN Member Organization: $2,560
• Nonmember Organization: $4,275

The Large Team registration deadline is October 1, 2025.

MCN strives to ensure that this conference is accessible to all individuals.

Plenty of standard and vegetarian meals will be provided, as well as vegan and gluten-free.

A new parent’s room and a prayer space will be provided (please check the conference program on-site for details about locations).

Please submit requests for accommodations via email by September 18 (three weeks prior to the conference). Although we will attempt to meet all accessibility requests, late requests may not be fulfilled.

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference may send a substitute to attend in their place; please submit the change via email to MCN’s registrar.

Cancellations received by September 26 will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee.

We encourage you to pay the registration rate that is meaningful to and possible for you and/or your organization. While earned revenue from our events is a significant portion of our operating budget, supporting the policy and advocacy work we do on behalf of nonprofits, we aim to keep our fees accessible, often below market rate, and offer further reduced entry points for those who need them to participate in professional development.

You will not be asked to complete an application to prove need. PWYC rates are the scholarship model for this year’s Conference. The rates are for individuals and do not apply to small- and large-group registrations.

The 2025 MCN Annual Conference is a perfect venue for you to get your expertise in front of an engaged nonprofit audience. If you have products or services to share with Minnesota’s entire nonprofit community, email John Wurm about Exhibitor and Sponsor information.

Conference registration guarantees access to a choice of breakout sessions at different times throughout the conference schedule. However, registration does not guarantee a seat in a specific individual breakout session.

Sessions are assigned rooms in advance of the conference. The safety of conference attendees is always a primary concern, and may include closing a room if attendance exceeds the room capacity. We encourage early arrival to breakout sessions to help ensure that a seat is available.
